The State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland is seeking to purchase a property in the City of Cortland to utilize as office spaces and to meet future campus strategic goals. The preferred property should have a Gross Building Area (GBA) of approximately 10,500 square feet, be in close proximity to campus and Main Street, and have zoning compatibility with the intended use. The seller should be able to complete the purchase transaction within a timeline that allows SUNY Cortland to take ownership and control of the property on or about November 1, 2025. • The property should have availability of all municipal infrastructure including water, storm, sanitary sewer, and utilities including gas, electric and internet. • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law, and vendors are cautioned that only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed. • The contract term is a one-time purchase. • The location of the property should be in Cortland, NY.
