The US Navy is conducting a Sources Sought to determine if responsible sources exist for a PerkinElmer Service Agreement. The agreement will provide maintenance and calibration services for PerkinElmer Avio 500 ICP-OES and Nexion 2000 Model C ICP-MS instruments and accessories. The services will include preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of the instruments. The agreement will be for a period of three years, with two option years. • The contractor will be required to provide a capabilities statement, rough order of magnitude, and confirm their availability to provide the described services. • The contractor will be required to follow Federal and State OSHA requirements and Norfolk Naval Shipyard OSHE Program Manual requirements. • The contractor will be required to obtain a DBIDS card to gain access to NNSY. • The contractor will be required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the order, and any deviations must be authorized and formalized by contractual documents issued by the Contracting Officer.
