The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, Street Improvement Division is seeking a consultant to provide pre-design services for the Mulholland Drive Improvements between Saltillo Street and Trinidad Road Project. The project aims to provide safety improvements on Mulholland Drive by eliminating soil erosion and untraversable roads during heavy rainstorms. The consultant will be tasked with assessing existing conditions, providing optimal recommendations and alternatives for street improvement, and delivering a fully comprehensive Pre-Design Report. The report will include tasks such as research existing information, right-of-way identification, drainage analysis, lighting analysis, utility investigation, design alternatives, and a rough order cost estimate.
