The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) requires translation and interpretation language services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and other locations. The contractor must provide telephonic interpretation, on-site language interpretation, on-site American Sign Language interpretation, translation of common and exotic languages, and other related services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend. The contractor must have a valid Unique Entity ID and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide current Representation and Certifications, with quote. • The contractor must have a valid Unique Entity ID and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must be self-certified under NAICS Code 541930 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. • The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. • Quotes will be evaluated based on best value to the Government.
