The selected firm will collect automated pavement condition data for roads within the city, produce summary reports on the condition of pavement networks, and provide a listing of specific candidate segment locations and recommended actions over a five-year capital program horizon. The firm will also assist in producing a pavement management plan, including key scenario requirements and parameter inputs for analysis.
