Description:
The United States Air Force is seeking proposals for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will require management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and Architectural Engineering services to accomplish simultaneous maintenance, sustainment, repair, and minor construction projects on various Air Force installations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The contract will consist of a 5-year ordering period, with a 2-year period of performance to complete projects after the end of the ordering period. The Government intends to award up to three Small Business Contractors, with an anticipated contract ceiling of approximately $71.8 million. • The contract will be task order based, with each task order awarded in accordance with RFP criteria. • The work performed under this contract will be complex in nature, requiring multiple trades and detailed engineering design. • The Government will require prompt response and execution of task orders. • Proposals shall be valid for 120 days from the date of submission.
