Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide laundry dryer vent cleaning services at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison, WI. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, travel, management, and equipment necessary to provide the services. The scope of work includes cleaning the laundry plant dryers, clearing lint trap and black lint sock, cleaning mushroom fan on roof, and replacing missing or damaged vent covers or louvers as needed.
