The Mass Bay Community College is seeking a HelpDesk Partner to provide network and phone managed services. The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewals. The college is looking for a vendor to provide help desk services, including support for hardware, software, and network issues. The vendor will be required to provide on-site support and remote support. • The vendor must have experience in providing help desk services to educational institutions. • The vendor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service. • The vendor must be able to provide support for a variety of hardware and software systems. • The vendor must be able to provide on-site support and remote support. • The vendor must be able to provide support during regular business hours and after hours.
