The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) and Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) are seeking a qualified insurance broker or consulting firm to provide comprehensive actuarial consulting services, supporting informed risk management, insurance strategy, and financial planning. The selected firm will be responsible for analyzing the current insurance program, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and recommending changes to the program. The firm will also be required to provide ongoing support and guidance to AHEC and MSU Denver. • The contract term is expected to be six months, with the possibility of extension for an additional one year in six-month increments, up to a total of five years. • The selected firm will be required to have a minimum of two qualified principals assigned to the account, each with a minimum of five years' experience in commercial lines risk management consulting. • The firm must provide evidence of Insurance Consultant/Agent/Broker Errors and Omissions insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence. • The firm must be compliant with all applicable laws and state regulations.
