The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a service contract for the existing Droplet PCR System, which consists of a Droplet Reader and Droplet Generator. The contract should include preventative maintenance, labor and parts discounts, and unlimited access to remote diagnostic and telephone support as well as field service as needed. The contractor must provide support for all components of the current instrument configuration, including unlimited repair, 1 PM visit per year, and expedited instrument exchange if the instrument is defective. The contractor must also provide telephone support and use genuine BioRad parts. Key responsibilities of the contract include: • Providing annual preventative maintenance performed by BioRad Factory Authorized service representatives • Providing priority troubleshooting response and expedited resolution of service parts • Providing expedited instrument exchange if the instrument is defective • Providing telephone support for both hardware and software with BioRad Factory Authorized service representatives • Using genuine Agilent parts for all services
