The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan is seeking a vendor to provide passive investment-grade core bond investment management services for the Bond Index Fund. The objective of the Fund is to provide core bond exposure by investing passively in the Bloomberg US Aggregate Index. The vendor will be expected to provide investment management services through a non-lending commingled fund or separate account. • The vendor should have experience in providing investment management services for similar funds. • The vendor should be able to demonstrate their ability to provide passive investment-grade core bond investment management services. • The vendor should be able to provide a non-lending commingled fund or separate account. • Proposals from certified minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses or proposals that include partnering arrangements with certified minority-owned and/or women-owned firms are encouraged. • Proposals from small and New York City-based businesses are also encouraged.
