The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential qualified businesses to provide a Large Format Printer/Plotter for the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The required equipment should be a brand name or equal to a Cannon-T60 2-Roll Color Printer/Scanner/Copier or similar unit. The key characteristics of the equipment include dimensions of 90”(w) x 40’(d), media information of paper size no less than 36” (W) x 650’ (L), and the ability to print, copy, and scan vendor-supplied construction plans. The equipment should also be Energy Star certified and include start-up supplies for installation. • The equipment should have a minimum print quality of 600 x 600 dpi. • The equipment should be able to hold at least 2 rolls of paper. • The equipment should have full-color printing capabilities. • The equipment should have an Adobe Postscript Driver. • The equipment should include delivery and installation. • The equipment should have a manufacturer's standard warranty.
