The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide local exchange services for the National Ground Intelligence Center in Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for providing local voice circuits, as well as other related services such as directory assistance and emergency services. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with a total duration of 60 months. The contractor must be a facilities-based carrier certified to provide local exchange services in the state of Virginia. • The contractor must provide local exchange access services, including commercial subscriber lines and exchange access trunks. • The contractor must provide transport channel services, including local exchange transport channels and data point-to-point circuits. • The contractor must provide circuit termination and testing services. • The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services for the local exchange services. • The contractor must provide operator assistance and directory assistance services. • The contractor must provide emergency services, including 911 and E911 services.
