Description:
The United States Marine Corps is seeking information from potential contractors to support the Marine-Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP). The program requires support services in seven functional areas, including computer and information systems, exercise design, MAGTF analytics, modeling and simulation, security, documentation and publication support, and command and control/information management/knowledge management. The contractor will be responsible for delivering instruction, supporting multi-echelon live, virtual, and constructive training events, creating and modifying instructional materials, and providing modeling and simulation systems operation and support. The contractor must be able to support military organizations located in various locations, including Quantico, VA, Camp Lejeune, NC, and Camp Pendleton, CA. • The scope of work includes service support to seven functional areas of MSTP • The contractor must be able to support multiple locations simultaneously • The contractor must be able to support multiple exercises and training events with simultaneous life cycle timelines • The contractor must be able to meet and maintain security clearance and access requirements up to and including Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information levels • The contractor must be able to provide NIPRNet laptop computers that will pass all governmental requirements to operate on the Marine Corps Enterprise Network
