Bloomfield Hills Schools is seeking a strategic planning consulting agency to facilitate a comprehensive strategic planning process. The selected consultant will design and manage the strategic planning timeline and workflow, facilitate meetings and focus groups, administer stakeholder surveys, and provide research on best practices and educational trends. The consultant will also assist in developing a comprehensive roadmap, project management, and outlining ways to meet and measure goals and objectives. The scope of work includes planning, information gathering and analysis, goals and outcomes development, implementation, and documentation and communication. • The strategic planning process will engage community stakeholders in a collaborative effort to develop a forward-thinking, inclusive, and actionable strategic plan. • The consultant will work with the Strategic Planning Committee, leadership team, staff, and other stakeholders to create and prioritize key goals, objectives, and outcomes. • The consultant will assist in developing a system of measuring progress toward goals, objectives, and outcomes. • The consultant will prepare an initial draft plan for review and comment by stakeholders and revise the draft to address feedback and create the final plan.
