The solution must include an iLottery platform, e-instant games, draw-based games, player platform and player account management, player interfaces, responsible gaming, marketing and support services, retail inclusion, rewards and second chance, staffing and services, customer support center, data and analytics, back office system, claims, payment, and omni wallet. The proposed solution must meet or exceed the accessibility requirements, insurance requirements, and mandatory requirements detailed in the solicitation. • The solution must be capable of personalized and proactive marketing automation for acquiring new players, engaging with existing players, and transitioning unknown players to known players. • The solution must be entertaining, operationally sound, highly secure, and scalable with a focus on the user experience. • The solution must effectively and efficiently support Lottery’s retailer partners with a goal for seamless player transition between retail and iLottery channels. • The solution must be flexible and meet the current and future needs of Lottery. • The solution must include robust responsible gambling tools and player protection features that promote safe play, provide effective intervention mechanisms, and support the Lottery's commitment to player wellbeing.
