Description:
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to construct a single-story, 60,000 SF Training Support Center (TSC) at Fort Irwin, California. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in connection with Army MILCON Project Number: 063703. The TSC will include administrative space, classroom/training spaces, and space for Training Aids Devices Simulations & Simulators (TADSS), cyber security and anti-terrorism (AT measures), as well as a vehicle visual modification (VIS MOD) shop, metal fabrication/molding shop, and woodworking shop. • The project requires comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services. • The project includes the installation or connection of an Energy Monitor and Control System (EMCS). • The project includes the construction of a warehouse and a climate-controlled Vehicle Storage Building and related support space. • The project will provide a new standalone single-story facility that will support 11ACR and rotational training units at the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin California.
