The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide local exchange services for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex in Pennsylvania. The contract requires the provision of local voice and data circuits, as well as inter/intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) interconnect functions. The contractor must provide all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, and maintenance to deliver these services to the designated demarcation point.
