The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide testing and inspection services for the Pimlico Racing Facility Developments project. The project includes the redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility located at 5201 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. The selected firm will be responsible for providing testing and inspection services in accordance with applicable codes and practices. • The project is expected to commence immediately upon award and continue through December 2027. • The selected firm will be required to provide a work plan, resumes for key personnel, and identify any subcontractors and joint ventures. • The firm will also be required to provide proof of insurance and demonstrate its ability to meet the insurance requirements. • The contract will be awarded based on the competitive sealed proposals process, with technical evaluation criteria given more weight than financial evaluation criteria. • The contract amount will be for a not-to-exceed amount, which will include an Owner’s contingency. • The contract duration will be for a period necessary to complete the scope of work, as agreed upon by MSA and the successful Offeror.
