Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $500,000

Given that this is an Environmental Site Assessment project, the budget could range widely depending on the scope and complexity of the assessment. However, considering it's a 2-year contract and involves assessment activities for a 4.42-acre site, the budget could potentially be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimation is based on average costs for similar environmental assessment projects, but the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the project and the qualifications of the bidder. Factors influencing the likely payment range include the level of contamination, the need for additional testing or remediation, and the expertise of the consulting firm.
