Description:
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for the Palantir Platform. The BPA will provide specialized software licenses, configuration services, integration support, and operational capabilities to support the National Farm Security Action Plan (NFSAP) implementation. The required capabilities include real-time data fusion, operational planning, logistics optimization, and intelligence analysis, all delivered within secure, accredited internal USDA and mission partner network environments. • The BPA will have a one-year base period with two one-year option periods for a total potential ordering period of three years. • The estimated BPA ceiling is $300 million. • The Palantir Platform will provide a unified platform for consolidating complex data systems and environments, enabling rapid deployment of AI functionality, and integrating with key user data to reduce overall application and processing times. • The platform will also provide real-time data synchronization, continuous compliance monitoring, and transaction logging and compliance documentation capabilities. • The USDA has determined that Palantir is the only vendor capable of providing the required capabilities without unacceptable delays and significant duplication of effort.

Budget Estimate (AI):

$100,000,000 – $300,000,000

The estimated BPA ceiling is $300 million, which suggests that the budget for this opportunity could be substantial. However, the actual budget will depend on the specific services and solutions provided by the contractor. Based on the description of the Palantir Platform and its capabilities, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100 million to $300 million over the three-year period. The budget will be influenced by factors such as the scope of work, the level of service required, and the pricing discounts negotiated by the contractor.
