The California Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide air compressor preventative maintenance services at Camp Roberts. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance repairs and testing at 7 locations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, with a 5% preference given to certified Small Businesses and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises. The contractor must possess a type C-61/D-21 - Machinery and Pumps license, or subcontract to one. The project is expected to start within 10 business days of notification and must be completed within 910 calendar days. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk on 11/17/2025 at 10:00 AM. • The contractor must submit all questions regarding the IFB to Nicole Jackson by 11/25/2025 at 4:00 PM. • The contractor must provide qualified, licensed, and trained personnel during the contract period. • The contractor must comply with the Buy Clean California Act and provide Global Warming Potential (GWP) limit compliance of eligible materials using Environmental Products Declarations (EPDs).
