The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is seeking a contractor to provide two senior project managers to support the governance, project planning, project execution, and project implementation for the CCC's strategic priorities. The services shall include managing the Corps for All, Access for All, Dynamic Paths, Tomorrow's Corps Today, and Better Place to Work strategic trails. The contractor will work directly with the CCC's executive leadership and stakeholders. The contract term is 24 months with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. Key aspects of the job include: • Managing projects with at least a $500,000 budget for government agencies • Experience in workforce development and policy, and performance management • Leading projects with at least 1 year of experience in a lead capacity • Developing project management tools, templates, and policies and procedures • Providing project management services to complete each strategic trail through full transformation
