The City of Bakersfield is soliciting bids from qualified and reputable contractors for Tree Inventory and Assessment Services. The purpose of this project is to obtain accurate, standardized, and GIS-compatible data to support urban forest management, maintenance planning, risk mitigation, and long-term planning. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, permits, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Invitation to Bid. • The contractor must have a proven record of experience in Tree Inventory and Assessment Services. • The contractor must provide a detailed inventory of the city's tree population, including tree species, size, condition, and location. • The contractor must assess the risk associated with each tree and provide recommendations for maintenance and removal. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to complete the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
