The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking a contractor to provide administration services for the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS). The program allows federal employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health and dependent care expenses. The contractor will be responsible for managing the program, including claims administration, customer service, and education and marketing efforts. The contract will have a maximum of 54 months of performance periods available, with a start-up period of approximately 6 months and an ordering period of 48 months.
