Description:
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking a contractor to provide administration services for the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS). The program allows federal employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health and dependent care expenses. The contractor will be responsible for managing the program, including claims administration, customer service, and education and marketing efforts.
