The California Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide air compressor preventative maintenance services at 7 locations. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide preventative maintenance repairs and testing for air compressors. The contract duration is 1095 calendar days. Key qualifications include a D-21 - Machinery and Pumps license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board. The contractor must also comply with various regulations, including the Darfur Contracting Act, Iran Contracting Act, and Buy Clean California Act. • The contractor must have a valid, current D-21 - Machinery and Pumps license. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance providing proof of insurance to the California Military Department within ten working days from the date of notification of award. • The contractor must comply with the Buy Clean California Act and provide GWP limit compliance of eligible materials using Environmental Products Declarations (EPDs). • The contractor must ensure that energy-consuming products are energy efficient products (i.e., ENERGY STAR products or FEMP-designated products) at the time of contract award. • The contractor must make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule.
