The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Family Nurse Practitioner and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse nonpersonal services at the Pinon Health Center. The contractor will be required to provide services for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional 6 months. The contractor will be evaluated based on their past performance, technical capability, and price. • The contractor must provide two Family Nurse Practitioners and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses. • The contractor must have experience providing similar services to the government. • The contractor must have a strong reputation for providing high-quality services. • The contractor must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must be able to provide key personnel who meet the qualifications stated in the PWS.
