Description:
The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a contractor to provide biosolids electro-osmosis dryer(s) and/or low temperature dryer(s) and automated screw press(es) for the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor will be responsible for purchasing and installing the equipment, providing equipment specifications and requirements, and providing requirements for the design and construction of the enclosure and connections. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the anticipated period of performance is 540 calendar days. The contractor must provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. • The contractor must provide a 5-gallon bucket with lid and bag to collect a wet biosolids sludge sample. • The contractor must provide equipment specifications and requirements for the biosolids electro-osmosis dryer(s) and/or low temperature dryer(s) and automated screw press(es). • The contractor must provide requirements for the design and construction of the enclosure and connections. • The contractor must ensure that the equipment is installed and functioning properly. • The contractor must provide training to IBWC personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
