The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the equipment and labor required. The contractor will need to purchase and install biosolids electro-osmosis dryer(s) and/or low temperature dryer(s) and automated screw press(es), which can cost anywhere from $500,000 to $2 million. Additionally, the contractor will need to provide labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work, which can add another $500,000 to $1 million to the total cost. Therefore, the estimated budget for this contract can be between $1 million and $3 million.
