The U.S. Copyright Office is seeking a hotel to provide 26 rooms for participants in the International Copyright Institute educational program. The hotel rooms are required to have a queen bed, an in-room safe capable of holding a laptop computer, and kitchen facilities with a refrigerator and microwave oven. The rooms will be needed from September 13, 2025, to September 21, 2025, at the GSA Per Diem rates. • The hotel must be located in the vicinity of the Library of Congress. • The hotel must be able to provide rooms with the specified amenities. • The hotel must be able to accommodate the participants at the GSA Per Diem rates. • The contract will be awarded without full and open competition due to the unusual and compelling urgency of the requirement.
