The City of Adairsville is seeking bids for the construction of 6 new pickleball courts at Veterans Memorial Park. The project includes the installation of fencing, gates, walkway paths, drainage, and lighting (optional). The successful bidder will be required to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project. The project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. * Key aspects of the project include: * Construction of 6 pickleball courts with 4" GAB and 2" of 9.5 mm asphalt * Installation of 18' high fence with gates and windscreen * Provision of court striping, net and foundation systems, and lighting (if chosen) * Compliance with Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and Federal Work Authorization Program * Payment will be made on a monthly basis, with a maximum of 120 days for project completion
