The School District of Springfield R-12 is requesting proposals for managed print services, specifically copiers. The district is looking for a vendor to provide copiers and related services for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The vendor must be an authorized dealer, distributor, and/or representative of the manufacturer for the product bid. The district requires the vendor to provide pricing per click/copy, which shall be an all-inclusive price. The vendor must also provide a response time for service calls, which shall be within twenty-four hours of receiving the call. • The district currently utilizes various multifunction devices, including ESTUDIO4518A, ESTUDIO4528A, ESTUDIO8518A, E4515AC, and ESTUDIO4508A. • The vendor must provide a model of the MFP that meets the same specifications as the existing devices. • The district requires the vendor to provide insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability. • The vendor must comply with the district's terms and conditions, ethics, and conflict of interest policies.
