The School Board of Brevard County, Florida is seeking bids for Food Service Refrigeration and Equipment Repair and Preventive Maintenance Service. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to furnish food service refrigeration and equipment repair and preventive maintenance services. The selected bidder will be required to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services specified. The contract will be for a period of one year. Key services to be provided include: • Installation, repair, and removal of food service equipment • Walk-in cooler and freezer preventive maintenance • Emergency work assignment • Assigned school groups The bidder must meet the minimum requirements, including having a minimum of three years of experience, performing verifiable food service equipment repair services within the past 36 months, and possessing a valid Florida LP Gas License.
