The Houston Community College System is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct employee engagement surveys. The purpose of this request is to gather feedback and insights from the workforce to assess employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and identify areas for improvement. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive employee survey, analyzing the results, and providing actionable recommendations. The contract term is expected to be three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
