Budget Estimate (AI):

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on the extensive scope—removal of 12,500 SY pavement, replacement of water and sanitary sewers, trenchless pipe work, street reconstruction, and extensive landscaping—a typical municipal street‑utility overhaul of this magnitude in a suburban Minnesota setting often ranges from $5 million to $15 million. Factors influencing the final amount include material prices (asphalt, concrete, pipe), site contamination remediation costs, and the extent of utility upgrades.
