The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the purchase of replacement mixers for digesters 1 and 2 at the F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center. The scope of work includes the supply of all information requested, supply of all material and services for the two draft tube mixers, and vendor representative to visit the site to field verify and ensure that replacement equipment will match existing installation. The contract will be awarded to the contractor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. • The replacement mixers must comply with the specifications outlined in the bid document. • The contractor must provide evidence of insurance for at least the coverage and amounts set forth in the bid document. • The contractor must agree to indemnify, defend, satisfy all judgments, and hold harmless the County, its commissioners, officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, damages, actions, judgments, costs, penalties, liabilities, losses, and expenses. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Georgia Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act.
