The City of Aurora, Illinois is seeking a supplier for a 50% Solution of DiPotassium Orthophosphate for use in the Water Treatment Plant. The estimated chemical quantity for 2026 is 40,000 gallons. The supplier must provide a Certificate of Analysis with each delivery, and the product must meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60, Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals – Health Effects. The delivery requirements include unloading the chemical into the City's storage tanks within five working days after order placement. The supplier must also provide up-to-date product literature and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the chemical supplied. • The City reserves the right to cancel the whole or any part of the bid if the bidder fails to perform any of the provisions in the bid. • The bidder shall provide an adequate number of competently trained personnel with sufficient supervision to provide the services required. • The bidder shall provide identification of its personnel if requested by the City. • The agreement term will be from the start date after award until December 31, 2026.
