The Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to operate a Supportive Employment Shelter at 111 Sunken Garden Loop, New York, NY 10035. The shelter will provide services to single adult males, with a focus on helping them achieve permanency and move out of the shelter system. The vendor will be responsible for assessing clients, developing individualized service plans, and providing residential and supportive services. The contract term is from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2030, with a maximum available funding of $53,913,020. • The shelter will have a capacity of 198 beds and will provide a range of services, including intake and assessment, case management, and residential services. • The vendor will be required to develop a security plan and provide security services, including uniformed special officers and CCTV cameras. • The vendor will also be responsible for managing the administrative, social service, and financial components of the program. • The proposal will be evaluated based on factors such as experience, program expectations, and budget management.
