The County of Webb is seeking a vendor to provide a turnkey, fully managed inmate telephone system for the Webb County Jail. The system should include all equipment, installation, maintenance, network services, and customer support necessary to provide secure, reliable, and monitored telecommunications for inmates and facility staff. The system must comply with all applicable Texas Commission on Jail Standards (TCJS) requirements and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations governing inmate calling services. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a complete telecommunications system, ensure compliance with state, federal, and local privacy and monitoring laws, and provide equipment, software, and connectivity at no cost to the County.
