The City of Mesquite is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual maintenance of interior plants at municipal buildings. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to maintain the interior plants.
