The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (POH) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide on-demand emergency aeromedical evacuation services from Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands, to Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor will be required to provide a fixed-wing, multi-engine pressurized aircraft capable of transporting one litter patient and one non-medical attendant. The services will include bedside-to-bedside transport, medical monitoring, and intervention during the flight. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining a 24/7/365 state of readiness, providing a dedicated operations center, and ensuring that all medical and aviation licenses and certifications are current.
