The New York State Department of Health is issuing a Solicitation of Interest (SOI) under the Primary Care Service Corps (PCSC) Loan Repayment Program. The program is designed to increase the supply of certain clinicians in underserved areas. Clinicians eligible to apply include dentists, dental hygienists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, and licensed mental health counselors. • The program provides up to $1,000,000 in funding to support new awards. • Clinicians must commit to practice at an Active NHSC Approved Site for a three-year period. • The program offers loan repayment amounts of up to $72,000 for dentists, up to $54,000 for primary care clinicians, and up to $36,000 for other eligible clinicians. • The contract term is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2028. • The program is open to all NYS counties and locations within New York State.
