The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking businesses interested in and capable of providing solid waste collection and disposal services at Lucky Peak Dam and Lake boundary located in Ada and Boise Counties, Idaho. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price service contract with a base year and three option years. The contractor must provide all management, refuse containers, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for waste and refuse disposal services. The contractor will be responsible for emptying containers and hauling waste to an approved landfill for disposal. The contractor must also provide maintenance and repair services for the containers and hardware. • The contract requires the contractor to provide refuse container rental units, empty containers, and haul waste to an approved landfill for disposal. • The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services for containers and hardware. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations concerning environmental pollution control and abatement. • The contractor must have a quality control program in place to ensure that all work meets contract specifications. • The contractor must provide a Capability Statement, including information such as name of firm, address, phone, point of contact, SAM Unique Entity ID, and business classification.
