Harnett County Schools is seeking statements of qualifications from professional firms to provide site assessment services for the future School Nutrition Freezer/Cooler Project. The selected consultant will be responsible for all site assessment services needed to support design and construction of the facility, including surveying services, environmental assessments, stormwater management analysis, utility location and coordination, traffic engineering evaluations, and geotechnical investigations and reporting. The scope of services may be adjusted as needed during project planning and coordination. • The project is located adjacent to 1500 South Main Street, Lillington, NC 27546. • The deadline for proposal submission is July 17, 2025, by 2:00 PM. • The evaluation criteria include relevant experience, qualifications of personnel, understanding of the project and methodology, capacity to perform work within the schedule, and references and past performance. • The selection process involves a qualifications-based selection, followed by fee negotiation with the top-ranked firm. • Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are encouraged to participate.
