The US Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA) is seeking a contractor to provide a fully automated Immunohistochemistry (IHC) testing system, including equipment, reagents, training, and maintenance, for the Department of Pathology at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) in Fort Bragg, NC. The system must be capable of interfacing with the military hospital computer system, MHS Genesis, and must be serviced and supported by the awarded contractor. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, providing training and maintenance, and supplying reagents and consumables. • The IHC testing system must be fully automated and capable of batch processing and random-access loading and unloading. • The system must be able to support the use of other companies' antibodies and detection kits. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the required work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to cybersecurity and information management. • The contractor must provide a list of maintenance agreement options and provide a full preventative maintenance service for the lease period at no additional cost.
