Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The estimated budget for this contract is difficult to determine without more information on the scope and scale of the services required. However, based on the requirements and the fact that the contract is for an initial term of three years with the option to renew for an additional two years, a rough estimate could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million per year, depending on the number of users, the volume of content, and the level of service required. This estimate is based on industry benchmarks for closed captioning services and the fact that the Texas A&M University System is a large institution with a significant need for accessibility services.
