The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking engineering and construction management services for its new Willamette River Intake and Water Treatment Plant. The project includes the design and construction of a new raw water intake, raw water pump station, water treatment plant, and transmission main piping to connect the new source to EWEB's existing water system. The selected consultant will be responsible for validating past preliminary design work, developing design documents, and providing construction management services. The project is expected to start in July 2025 and last approximately 58 months.
