The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a vendor to provide in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) study services for antibody-lectin conjugates. The selected vendor will be required to provide 35 transgenic FcRn mice, handle complex in vivo models, and conduct ELISAs and other analytical tests. The vendor must also provide a full pharmacokinetic report with analysis within three weeks after the end of the experimental work. The key features of this requirement include: • Providing 35 transgenic FcRn mice between the ages of 6-8 weeks old • Conducting in-life blood collections and terminal blood collections • Providing ELISA data and a full pharmacokinetic report with analysis • Maintaining an active SAM registration throughout the contract lifecycle • Complying with the requirements of the solicitation and the FAR clauses
