The New York State Police, Division of State Police (DSP) is seeking proposals from qualified landlords to provide approximately 5,000 square feet of office space in the Town of Dover Plains or Amenia, Dutchess County. The desired space should include 1,000 square feet of heated garage space with the ability to construct an additional 4,000 square feet of office space to tenant specifications. The property must be zoned commercial and permit for construction of a NYSP station. • The lease term is 5 years • The space must be located on or just off of State Route 22 within a seven-mile radius of the intersection of State Route 22 and State Route 343 • The landlord must provide access to a public road • The land may be tested for hazardous materials and soils, compliance with local and state zoning and regulations
