The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide passenger ferry vessels for day and night underway training exercises for the Maritime Security Response Team West (MSRTW). The contractor will be required to provide vessels that meet specific operational requirements and facilitate training in various areas, including close-quarter combat tactics, maritime CBRNE threat response, and tactical communications. The contractor must also provide secured parking and storage space for government vehicles and training equipment at the pier facility. The evaluation criteria for proposals will include compliance with vessel and facility requirements, experience and qualifications of contractor personnel, security measures, and cost-effectiveness. • The contractor must provide U.S.-flagged vessels compliant with federal maritime regulations. • The vessels must have a length between 150 and 250 feet and a passenger capacity between 500 and 1,200. • The contractor must provide onboard power sources capable of sustaining extended operations and emergency response and damage control systems. • The vessels must have multiple large internal spaces suitable for classroom-style instruction, tactical and operational briefings, and staging and gear preparation. • The contractor must provide secured parking and storage space for government vehicles and training equipment at the pier facility.
