Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the requirements for bid security. Given that the bid security must be 10% of the total bid, the total bid amount is likely to be substantial. Considering the project involves the replacement of windows, exterior masonry, and interior finishes, the total cost could range from $500,000 to $2,000,000. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar construction projects. The actual budget will depend on the bids received and the final contract award.
